Admitted in the Distric of Columbia and Maryland, and practicing in courts around the country, William has been a practicing attorney litigating disputes in state and federal courts since 1990.  

Experience with contract disputes, partnership break-ups, employment disputes and claims of all kinds, from environmental claims to personal injury claims.

Prior experience with large firms and small, representing solo practioners, small corporations and partnerships, as well as foreign governments and some of the largest companies in the world

Experience settling large complex disputes and insurance disputes

Admitted in the Distict of Columbia in 1990 and Maryland in 2006.  Graduate of Duke University School of Law in 1990, and the University of Notre Dame in 1985
